Service Description

Practical systems to make your workshop safer, tidier and more efficient, set up for you. Book a free 30-minute consultation to discuss your workshop and the right size for you. Essentials – from $2,450 (approx. 2–3 weeks): half-day on-site review, layout and workflow recommendations, a parts/inventory system template (bin locations, min/max levels, reorder sheet) and one follow-up call. Complete – from $4,950 (approx. 4–6 weeks): full-day on-site review, zoned layout plan (bays, pedestrian/vehicle separation, tool and parts zones), inventory set-up in your software or spreadsheet, a risk register, a 2-hour staff handover and 30 days of email support. SWMS and written work procedures are not included – available as an extra, quoted per job. We're currently travelling and working in QLD. Any on-site visit or physical inspection must be booked in advance, and travel and accommodation costs are added to the quote.
