Workshop Tier 3 – Setup + Ongoing Support

Service Description

Your workshop systems set up, then kept up to date every month so they keep working as your business grows. Book a free 30-minute consultation to get started. Setup + ongoing support from $590/month, depending on fleet size. Setup: the Workshop Tier 2 Complete fee (or a quote for larger sites). Ongoing support includes: help with technical, organisational and field service questions and solutions; up to 4 email questions a month, answered within 2 business days (unused questions don't roll over); and scheduled check-ins (visit or call) as agreed. SWMS and written work procedures are not included – available as an extra, quoted per job. 6-month minimum, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice. We're currently travelling and working in QLD. Any on-site visit or physical inspection must be booked in advance, and travel and accommodation costs are added to the quote.
